  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and unused.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
